- Working with client's real estate agent or helping client secure an agent.
- Clearing out the residence including securing appraisals and/or estate sale services, donating, recycling, selling and/or disposing of remaining property in strict accordance with the client's wishes.
- Making small home repairs or securing professional services for larger home repairs.
- Securing a final deep cleaning service.
